You can turn onto 106th Street from Meridian Street to get to our office. Drive around any soft barrier. You cannot, however, turn onto 106th Street from Spring Mill Road at this time.

Dr. Stephen Perkins was featured guest international faculty at the recent International Rhinoplasty Course in Cali, Columbia hosted by the Cali, Columbia Department of Otolaryngology Facial Plastic Surgery Society. Facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Scott Shadfar has joined the practice of Dr. Stephen Perkins. For the past year, he has trained as Dr. Perkins’ fellow, further refining his surgical techniques and skills in the field of facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Shadfar performs facial plastic and reconstructive surgeries including facelift, rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery. He has special interests in utilizing the newest technologies to perform less invasive skin-tightening facial procedures.
Dr. Stephen Perkins was interviewed by Indianapolis Monthly magazine for its “Cosmetic Procedures” special section that recently published. This section focused on surgical and non-surgical procedures for common problems. Dr. Perkins shared his techniques of choice for sun/age spots, sagging neck/jowls and deep facial lines.
